1. Mixture sandwich
Take 2 slices of brown or multi grain bread. Spread peanut butter on it. Spread mixture on it . Chop 1 banana and slice it on bread.

2. Smoothie
Take 1 cup oats( soaked it in water for 15 minutes). Add mixture of desired quantity. Add 1 banana or apple. Add 1 pinch of cinnamon powder. Add 1tbsp honey. 4-5 ice cubes. Add some water according to consistency.
Blend it in a mixture.

3. Yoghurt mixture
Take 200ml glass double toned milk. Add 1 chopped banana (any fruit). Add 2 spoonful yoghurt. Add mixture on top of it. Garnish it with chocolate sauce.
